Joe O'Dea

Joe O’Dea is a Partner at Vertical Research Partners covering the Electrical Equipment & Multi-Industry sector. He was previously a Managing Director covering EE/MI at Wells Fargo. Prior to that, Joe spent a decade at Vertical Research Partners covering the Machinery sector. In that role, he was named to the Institutional Investor Rising Stars team three times. He was previously on the II-ranked Machinery team at Morgan Stanley.

Prior to launching a career in finance, Joe committed a year to volunteering as a teacher and coach in Lima, Peru. Joe earned his BA in Economics from Holy Cross and his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School. He resides in Connecticut with his family.
